Hi all Has this variant been described? Like a bipartite patella without the ossicle. VLO more or less continuous with IPT without bothering to run over patella. Odd plica like structure at VLO insertion. Ideas? I have sent pics of both knees. KR Graeme

I want to sum up the responses in this case. The hand surgeon claims that there is a trapezium dysplasia and a subluxation in the CMC-joints.
