Isolated congenital absent PCL
Less than a handful case reports in the world… the rare isolated congenital absent PCL ! Absent PCL and meniscofemoral ligament extending near expected proximal attachment to posterior horn of the lateral meniscus. abnormal signal in distal femur
74 year old with knee pain. Knee MRI showed serpiginous foci of abnormal signal in distal femur new from 2 years ago. Femur MRI shows more extensive abnormal signal in intramedullary bone extending from the tip of the femoral component placed 5 months ago. Is this related to reaming the femur for the femoral component.
