Case from St. Elsewhere sent for review 25 y/o with headache for 4 years. I’m thinking chondroid lesion, hemangioma, fibrous dysplasia, ….. Ct may show cortical break through anteriorly; needs to see a skull base surgeon; my concern is low grade condrosarc. Best, Frank

46 y/o male; pain swelling for 3 months… no further history, xrays or anything else doc hasn’t returned calls edema and sts throughout study. thoughts? Case I sent earlier with muscle abnormality at hip went to biopsy yesterday; will get path next week. Best, Frank
