50 y/o F with bilateral hip pain

Hi dear colleagues. Images attached are of a patient complaining of bilateral hip pain, mostly to the left. No history of corticosteroid use. What are your hypothesis? Bilateral transient osteoporiosis or early stage avascular osteonecrosis? These were the responses for the case of Painful knee Go for chondroblastic OS Too dark on CT Too much edema and Enh Hi, Probably chondroid. CMF doesn’t form mineralized matrix, so not CMF. Looks aggressive. Go with Avneesh. looks benign and chondroid—seems bony origin although posterior cortical loss made me wonder of outside chance
