(OCAD) LBT lesion at MR arthrography – traumatic or iatrogenic?

MR arthrography of a 23 y.o. male with persistent shoulder pain after MVA 3 months ago. There are signal alterations of the proximal LBT as well as fuzzy changes at the pulley. Could these be caused by needle placement and injection (anterior approach) at this level? Or post-traumatic? What is your impression? Thanks, and a

Knee abnormality

Hi I appreciate feedback on the attached case 70 year old with knee pain. chondroid like lesion on xray, significant edema in the condyle on mri with C+ . Biopsy results show more of reactive changes . No lymphoma or malignancy is this just bone infarct with osteonecrosis? Thank you HA Houston Methodist Houston Methodist.
