I was asked to biopsy this lesion in the left 1st metatarsal in a 62 year old with recurrent metastatic breast cancer. No symptoms directly attributle to the lesion. Summary of imaging findings: CT 12/08/2020 performed for medial pain following fall was normal. 1. X-ray 13/11/202 for pain post patellar fracture was normal. 2. MRI

57 yr old female collegue experienced sudden onset nontraumatic pain on a long steep uphill walk. I reported MR as probable subchondral insufficiency # Follow up at 6 weeks shows abnormality is now bigger (though she is generally asymptomatic ) but still no bone ot cartilage collapse. Hello, The answers were- lipoma, enchondroma, infarct and chondrosarcoma.
