Thank you for the feedback. Some replies: Intracortical Lipoma, Intraosseous Lipoma, and benign entity. Thank you for your replies. I have reported as no aggressive characteristics. I thought it odd that it followed marrow signal on all sequences and did not look like the intraosseous lipomas I usually see. If intracortical, I would have expected

Narrowest distance between coracoid and lesser tuberosity is 5mm with arm in internal rotation (he was not imaged in neutral, this is all we have) Subcoracoid bursitis The subscapularis tendon looks wavy / lax….given the degree of internal rotation, is this abnormal?
