So, the radiographs fell into the reading list, and I called the ordering. She fell in her yard, twisting her knee and they were concerned for ACL tear. She had no prior imaging. Against advice, they increased the FOV of the knee MRI. For surgical planning, a tibfib MRI was ordered a few days later.
