50 y/o F with bilateral hip pain
Hi dear colleagues. Images attached are of a patient complaining of bilateral hip pain, mostly to the left. No history of corticosteroid use. What are your hypothesis? Bilateral transient osteoporiosis or early stage avascular osteonecrosis?
