(OCAD) LBT lesion at MR arthrography – traumatic or iatrogenic?
MR arthrography of a 23 y.o. male with persistent shoulder pain after MVA 3 months ago. There are signal alterations of the proximal LBT as well as fuzzy changes at the pulley. 4.5 year old boy, fell from a swing, pain in the left foot Suspected midfoot fractures. There are some irregularities at the base of the proximal metatarsals. I think that’s just immature ossification, normal for his age. What is your opinion? Cheers, Andrei
