All, Quick question about how things are done at other institutions: for an MRI of the body wall to evaluate an anterior abdominal wall soft tissue mass, do you scan the patient prone (to decrease respiratory motion artifact) or supine (because prone positioning might distort a subcutaneous lesion)? Dear Ocaders, 56yrs male,weakness in limbs for 3 months, no bone pain,history of hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis. All aboratory results associated with myeloma is normal. No primary tumor history.
