Male, 34 years old, semi-professional tennis player.Disabling pain on the ulnar edge of the wrist, making it impossible to play tennis.Tendinopathy and marked tenosynovitis of the extensor carpi ulnaris with slight subluxation.Signs of subsheath injury (yellow arrows) deep to the extensor retinaculum.Anyone with experience in this diagnosis? Other ideas? For portuguese-speaking radiologists, how can we translate subsheath?

Solid mass present for 8 yrs.  Most likely benign. Has anyone seen this before?

The history is unhelpful Image quality isn’t the best…I wondered if this was a tendon…didn’t really look like the median nerve… GRE image on the left looks pretty convincing for vessel thrombosis, with perivascular edema in the Cor PDFS I believe the red arrow indicates a thrombosed Median artery I think the median nerve is bifid

There is an intra-capsular lipomatous mass that looks uniformly dark on fat sat, but has dark linear internal stranding on T1,,,looks smooth and macrolobulated Shape and extent best delineated in Radial series…looks smooth Obl Axial demonstrate both synovitis and intracapsular lipomatous mass I don’t see many primary intra-articular lipomas Given the severity of the DJD,
