I am asking whether you agree that this must be a Med Head Gastroc muscle hernia with secondary fatty atrophy….or do you think I should recommend US to confirm? I see muscle hernia all of the time on US, but I don’t recall seeing the fatty change. It really only looks like a convincing focal
