I found it a little clunky on my Macbook….maye I’m a little clunky!
You are supposed to be able to advance using F5 (on Mac you find the function keys by depressing the fn key), but pressing and holding f5 accomplished nothing for me.
Perhaps it works better for PC or other versions of MacBook….I don’t know.
For me, I can drag the bar below the images to scroll through.
For the text slides, I can drag the image frames across in the bottom toolbar, to reveal all 4 review of literature and the final discussion slide at the end.

This was the case that I shared.

At the OCAD Live meetings we present Rapid Fire cases (it’s all case-based, like this on-line forum) and we end with questions to prompt discussion…that explains the Discussion slide.
I wonder if you’ve seen this, and whether you think there might be a role for conservative treatment in some appropriate subset.(The literature I found on the subject was a bit shocking in it’s inaccuracy—-apparently articles are published in peer reviewed journals with basic medial / lateral errors)
