Dear All,May I ask for your thoughts on a 5-year-old boy with a talus fracture in March 2023? A recent follow-up in July showed a tallus collapse and sclerosis with subarticular erosions in both XR and MRI in addition to the synovitis. I’m thinking of AVN. But, Would you see such erosion in AVN in addition to the extensive synovitis or should also be thinking of JIA? To my knowledge, there is no H/O JIA. Thanks
