– I’ve seen maybe 2 or 3 in 20 years.
– Is the patient on immunotherapy? I have seen a few cases and current ongoing research on immunotherapy related inflammatory arthritis.
– NIce case, I don’t see it often but probably under call it or think it is inflammatory arthritis. For me hands down I see it in the shoulder all the time.

– Hi Atul. In this age group, it is worth asking whether there are symptoms in other joints to exclude polymyalgia rheumatica.
– Nice case Atul! Yes, I have seen adhesive capsulitis of the hip. Not as common as shoulder, which by far is the most prevalent. Our cases did not have any known malignancy. Nonspecific symptoms

69 yo, under breast cancer treatment, with hip pain for a few months.

Would like to know from OCAD colleagues:
1) How often do you see it?
2) In your experience, which are the most common joint or clinical conditions you noticed associated with it?
