Thank you everyone for your prompt replies.
Most responders agreed the mass is most likely ganglion or suture granuloma with recurrent tear and background hypoxic tendon degeneration.
One reply also had a similar case that turned out to be Gout.
If we aspirate or get feedback on the case I will post results.
