Potentially interesting hand case

Male patient, 46 years of age; right hand pain, history of injury.

Ulnar nerve distribution denervation changes. 4th and 5th PIP flexion deformities. 3rd finger not flexed (3rd sagittal image here). Guyon’s canal was normal so it is assumed an elbow origin claw hand (relatively mild clawing). Image with reference given last.

Will try to get more clinical.
