F44 gastric NET, G2, T1
No lymph node, pulmonary or hepatic mets.
Staging CT shows multiple sclerotic bone lesions at the manubrium, two vertebral bodies, and the posterior left os ilium.
They look more like FD to me…. Or maybe Paget lesions, although I would have expected some bone deformity with those. But of course with a known carcinoma I have to consider mets. What is your impression?
