Can I have your opinion on this lesion: cortical lesion of the distal femur.
For a tug lesion, the soft tissue extension is a bit unusual.
Also we see a small breach on the cortex. The bone sclerosis indicates a bening lesion.
The patient is symptomatic.
Did you see similar lesion in the knee?
