Thanks to all who responded.
The general consensus is to recommend CT.
That would confirm it is in bone and not overlying soft tissues….and permit measurement of attenuation (if we still believe that it is useful to ddx untreated mets from enostosis).
I definitely have another consult a bit later….just trying to catch up after a Fabulous week in Lisbon at ISS.
