32M radial wrist pain referred to evaluate impingement, De Quervains, MRI

The 1st extensor compartment looks normal
But just proximal to the wrist I think there is mild peritendinous edema surrounding the distal brachioradialis, deep to the 1st extensor compartment of the distal forearm.
Providing I am not hallucinating / over-reading…is there some other intersection / friction syndrome here that I don’t know about?

I see there is a volar extrinsic ligament sprain…I don’t know how / if that relates to his symptoms

Thanks.
