Based on the XRs I thought there might be inflammatory arthropathy as there is uniform severe GH joint space narrowing with erosions and no osteophytes.
I did not expect Lipoma Arborescens.
But looking at the XR after the MRI, I can hallucinate periarticular lucency in the region of the axillary capsule.
Don’t think I’d ever notice it prospectively.
