I received 3 responses with a wide spectrum of DDx:
liposclerosing myxofibromatous tumour – the fibrous dysplasia variant
2x bone met after cytotoxic treated breast cancer.
DDx Brodie’s abscess
I know also think that the concentric shape is due to metastatic growth. I recommended biopsy.
