36F long finger MCP joint pain with history of injury MRI

I
Axial plane images confused me, I thought the RCL and Sagittal Bands were intact, but there is this bright signal at the dorsoradial aspect of the proximal metacarpal head

Thin white arrow points to RCL, which seems to be intact…do you agree?
Red arrow indicates the same bright signal at the dorsal radial head/ neck of the metacarpal

I believe the lateral sagittal image shows the course of the intact Proper RCL
with a tear at the metacarpal insertion of the Radial Accessory Collateral Ligament

I don’t recall seeing isolated tear of the accessory collateral ligament other than in the thumb.
She is symptomatic, but I don’t know if this is a surgical lesion.
Have you seen an injury like this?
Do you know how it would be managed?

Thanks.

Hilary
