Hello friends, can you help me with a quick opinion regarding the heterogenous diffuse appearance of the marrow? 19 y, she fell on the stairs. Is this just normal red marrow? I see a round pseudolesion in the medial tibial plateau, but no findings on T1 sequence. Is it a normal finding for this age group? Could be also a bone marrow edema syndrome? Thank you!
