42yr M Shoulder MRI

Hi to all OCADers,

Anterior shoulder dislocation; fielding injury playing cricket.

The Blue arrow points to a medialised anteroinferior labral tear (ALPSA) and there seems to be an absent anterosuperior labrum.
Please assist me with two questions:
1. Is there a Buford complex with the Green arrow representing a torn cord-like MGHL…or other?
2. Is the acute Hill Sachs fracture filled with retracted Supraspinatus posterior fibers and rotator cable fibers, post full thickness SS tear ? (Red arrow in second set of images)
