17 yo female s/p hyperextension injury (soccer injury). Pretty nice posterior capsule tear. The PHMM meniscotibial ligament is torn. From what I know and have read, this is NOT a category in the RAMP lesion classification. I have not seen this in isolation before. Is this so commonly associated with posterior capsule injuries that it does not deserve to be classified as a RAMP lesion?
ACL sprain but no complete tear.
Right now they are treating conservatively.
