> A 75 years old male with left sided radiculopathy. Had the history of RTA 3 years ago.

> MRI: A tear involving the left side of the ligamentum flavum at C2 displaced to the neural foramina compromising over the exiting nerve root and narrowing the foramina.

> Note: The patient has extensive spondyloarthritic changes in the whole spine with multilevel of central canal narrowing and nerve root compression.
>
> Impression: Degenerative tear of the ligamentum flavum with displacement to the left neural foramina causing narrowing and nerve root compression.
