Metallic debris after GSW
I see this frequently in my practice but I could find any case in my files. This case is from NEJM. 14 years apart
This is an otherwise healthy 40 year old machinist who presents with knee pain after injury. His hip xray the same day was normal.
Any thoughts on the diagnosis for the multiple foci of attenuation in the knee?
