New paediatric case Sep 2023 ?

Dear colleagues,
May I ask you for your opinion on this challenging case? In addition to WBMRI findings (subcutaneous & marrow changes), the patient has mild hepatosplenomegaly.
My impression is a complex
CRMO with extraskeletal features. Would you agree? Any other thoughts?
