17 years old girl, with +GATA 2 gene mutation and ACKR1, and following with other subspecialities for (HHV6 immunosuppression, with neutropenia and platelets function defects)
Scoliosis and strong family hx (celiac disease, malignancy (thyroid and colon cancer risk in mother.
Hashimoto, and BMT in her brother as well as IBS),.
She has Marfanoid features like Arachnodactyly and high arched palate and followed with genetics
It looks a non aggressive lesion and Im thinking of osteofibrous dysplasia, FD,…
