In the deep past I seem to remember a case of lymphoma looking like ill defined infiltration of the subcutaneous soft tissues.
I am not given any history of trauma, nor do I know if she’s on blood thinners.
It seems like there is Dark PDFS signal without corresponding dark T1 signal….I think it’s not just suppressed fat and might suggest hemorrhage, but I’m not sure.

I’ve googled and I found some images of Subcutaneous panniculitis like T Cell lymphoma…and I don’t know if this could be that.

My question is
Can this be lymphoma?
Does it need to be biopsied?

Thanks.

Hilary
