Follow-up: Don’t Touch Lesion?

Thanks everyone for all of the responses.

The majority of responses were for NOF, with a few responses also for fibrous dysplasia and other fibrous lesions. Osteofibrous dysplasia, desmoid, and infection were also mentioned. Dr. Chabra gave it an OT-RADS III (probably benign) in addition to his differential.

From the responses on the edema, most felt that it was either related to active involution or stress reaction.

Opinions on the need for biopsy or follow-up varied widely, with some saying do not touch and do not follow up, many saying follow-up, and a couple voting for biopsy and culture.
