History matters when you can get it. CXR and Shoulder MRI…XRs are often diagnostic…actually have to look at them

71M with known history of Renal Cell Ca diagnosed in September 2022.CXR done for left sided mass read as "normal, no bone lesions" in October 2022.
MRI done for occult mass end of February 2023.
This was never occult.
