7-year-old lytic femoral lesion

Lots of good responses.

Ewings, EG, and osteoblastoma were mentioned most frequently. Chondroblastoma (lesser trochanter-end of bone equivalent), periosteal osarc, and atypical Brodie’s abscess were also mentioned as possibilities.

This is going for biopsy, and I will update with path results.

Case from today.

7-year-old male patient with approx 1 year history of aching pain, left thigh and hip. Pain is reportedly worse at night. No trauma history.
