- SLAC coming up with CPPD as well

Flexion deformities of the fingers with scattered soft tissue calcifications and chronic tuft erosions of the distal phalanges with associated soft tissue atrophy. Additional scattered calcifications around the wrist and adjacent to the carpometacarpal joints. Mild first CMC joint degenerative change. Shortening of the thumb. Subcortical cyst of the scaphoid at the scapholunate ligament attachment. Accessory ossicle adjacent to the ulnar styloid process. Chondrocalcinosis of the wrist with mild scapholunate widening. Additional dorsal tilt of the lunate, new since prior examination suggesting underlying COPD arthropathy as well. Osteopenia, developing. No evidence of osteomyelitis.
