I received 2 responses from Drs. Guilford and Simoni, both who strongly favor PVNS….though it’s an unusual location.
Dr. Guilford suggested f/u XRs to look for calcification/ ossification possibly related to myositis ossificans—-in the unlikely event that the prior radiographs were just too soon to see any.
I think it’s a great suggestion and I will recommend it.

Peripheral and septal dark T1/PDFS signal, seems to bloom on GRE.
No mineralization on XRs from August.
I want to call this PVNS (GCTTS).
I don’t think the brachialis has a tendon sheath.
I found an anatomic reference for elbow bursae…I want to call this PVNS of antecubital interosseous bursa (which I never heard of until now)…do you agree?
Is there any DDx?Hilary
