Hi everyone,
Clinically suspected ganglion cyst of the ulnar side of the wrist, I did an ultrasound with this well defined heterogeous lesion, with a small vascular pedicle-like image. It didn’t looke like the typical cyst, so I did an MRI.
Here are the findings (top left is T2Dix, top right is T1FSgd, botton left is DPFS, bottom right is T1)
The mass has been there for 6 months without any growing. It’s painless when resting, but become painful when she has to perform some movements. I couldnt’ really find an origin to this mass.
My interventional part want to put a needle in it, any ideas?
Best,
David
