Charcot arthropathy hmm where’s the destructive features debris density
etc. Seems there is preservation of the capsular tissues and osteo
articular surfaces. Developmental with underlying neuroma defect maybe or
metaphysical dysplasia but not the atrophic destruction I know as Charcot
arthropathy. Maybe the spectrum is wider than I have learned and taught.!!?
