[OCAD] case of ulnoradial impingement (wrist MRI)

F38, chronic wrist pain.
There’s negative ulnar variance with ulnar (ulnoradial) impingement and
initial DRUJ osteoarthritis.
TFCC roughly intact. No Kienböck. Incidental ganglion cysts.
