Fw: Quiz- diagnosis?

Hello,

The answers were

-hemochromatosisx2
-cppdx3
-SOAC-1
-Gout-1

Congratulations to Dr. Ryan Foster.

I personally thought of CPPD due to b/l SLAC, ill-defined erosion of 2nd MC, and old age. Collection of fluid was unusual. Retrospectively, the echogenic foci are on top of the cartilage.

Aspiration syringe is shown- MSU was confirmed on crystal eval
