I need help with this case please. M70 status post acromioplasty and
rotator cuff repair 10 years ago.
Presenting with pain in the shoulder and upper arm since about 4 weeks, no
recollection of trauma.
I’m not sure about the mass in the subcoracoid bursa, just anterior to the
subscap tendon.
It looks like a synovial mass to me, and I’ve seen synovial sarcomas and
GCTs with similar morphology.
But there are rather rare, and a hematoma (after some forgotten bump or
fall) might be more likely. What do you think?
