Pigmented villonodular synovitis?
But the extra articular nodule? Localized form? Node? (Don’t remember
seeing this location).

Thank you for sharing this interesting case. My impression is multiple
nodular form of PVNS.
PVNS can be uncommonly extra-articular as well.
