(OCAD) Chondrocalcinosis at the elbow

86 year old female imaged after trauma.

There is diffuse calcification of the cartilage in the absence of
higher-grade arthritis (or arthrosis as some prefer to call DJD). Also no
erosive changes. Is this CPPD? Any differentials?
