24 yo dislocation MRI Arthrogram

Multiple dislocations. I think either a chronic ALPSA or Bankart lesion
with a bankart fracture resulting in glenoid bone loss. I typically report:
Bankart lesion with medial displacement and inferior shifting (ALPSA) if I
think it is. Most surgeons just want to see bankart in the report if
present.

Also posterior and biceps anchor detachments so essentially a
circumferential labral detachment (see sagittal). Chronic hill sachs.

I will forward (hopefully) surgical photos as well as better history when
available.
