[OCAD] Pls help – prevertebral cyst / venous malformation

Hi all,

incidental finding in a 29 year old male imaged for lumbalgia.

I’m thinking venous or lymphatic ectasia, probably irrelevant to his
present symptoms.

What is your impression?
