any idea what the fluid is related to? her surgery was in 2019 (partial
mastectomy). Do not see this on breast ultrasound.

    I thank everyone for their feedback. The overwhelming diagnosis was *small
    pleural effusion*. The last CT of this patient was over a year ago. I had
    asked her current MD if he wanted to obtain a CXR or new CT chest and after
    waiting for his and the patient’s responses (which was NO) am updating the
    OCAD community.
