14M _ Shoulder Tumor _ MRI _ Please help

Dear MSK-Friends,

as most of you have already guested this lesion is probably a subacute
hematoma. After asking the referring physician we could find out, that
there has been a vaccination at this location 8 weeks before (not Covid as
you might think, there are still other vaccinations done these days like
HPV-vac like in this case 😉).
