So a quick follow up
I have receiveid the following DDX
2 – Vascular malformation/hemangioma
1- adventitial bursitis
1- fibromatosis
1 – soft tissue chondroma
1- fungal infection
1- bpop
I will try to get a more info on the case and a x ray!
