    Very suggestive of a liposclerosing mixofibrous tumor (location / radiological aspect) .

    Hi here’s mri post contrast t1 fs

    Upper fatty part lower calcified rim cystic part
    T1 and t2 show fatty upper part, cystic lower part, suppressed (fatty part)
    on T1fs
    Impression: intraosseous lipoma with cystic degeneration
    What’s your opinion on this?

    Hi thanks for the responses.
    Consensus are
    Intraosseous lipoma with cystic degeneration or fat necrosis rather than
    LSMFT

    Will update on hpe once it’s excised
